Terms of Service

Welcome to PDFCart. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. The service. PDFCart lets sellers upload PDFs, set a price, and sell them to buyers. We provide hosting, checkout (via Razorpay) and payout tooling. We are a platform, not the seller of your content.

2. Accounts. You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

3. Plans & fees. Free, Pro (₹999) and Super (₹9,999) plans apply a platform fee of 8%, 5% and 3% respectively on each sale. The fee is deducted from each sale before your share settles to your bank.

4. Payments & payouts. Buyer payments are processed by Razorpay. Your net (sale price minus the platform fee) is transferred to your connected bank account via Razorpay Route, subject to standard settlement timelines.

5. Your content. You retain ownership of your PDFs. You grant PDFCart a licence to host and deliver them to buyers. You must comply with our Content Policy.

6. Prohibited use. No illegal, infringing or harmful content, and no abuse of the platform or payment system.

7. Liability. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, PDFCart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not party to the contract between a seller and a buyer.

8. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Questions: hello@pdfcart.in.
