Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect. Seller account details (name, email, phone), bank details needed to pay you (processed and stored securely via Razorpay; we keep only a masked reference), product info you upload, and buyer email + payment confirmation for each sale.

How we use it. To run your store, process payments and payouts, deliver PDFs to buyers, and provide support. Buyer emails are used to deliver the purchased PDF and receipt.

Payments. Card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never stored on PDFCart servers.

Sharing. We share data only with payment processors (Razorpay) and infrastructure providers strictly to operate the service, or where legally required.

Your rights. You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hello@pdfcart.in.
